The ICSECM 2021 will be held at Earl\u2019s Regency Hotel, Kandy, Sri Lanka from 02<sup>nd<\/sup> to 05<sup>th<\/sup> December 2021. The conference will feature presentations by authors of all accepted papers, accompanied by keynote speeches. Papers which will be accepted in the conference will be published in a special volume of proceedings with an international standard book number (ISBN).
