Prof. Sudantha Liyanage, Vice-chancellor, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Snr. Prof. Aloka Pathirana, Dean, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Snr. Prof. Surangi G. Yasawardene, Former Dean, Faculty of Medical Sciences and Dr. KMC Konthesingha, Dean Faculty of Engineering. As the first department consultancy work, overall design coordination and structural consultancy were done by a team of staff members of the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The duration of the project is 18 months and the estimated construction cost of LKR 157 million is funded by World Bank under AHEAD project.
