The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering , University of Sri Jayewardenepura jointly with The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Sri Lanka Chapter organized a workshop on “Machine Learning for Future Wireless Communication Systems” on 12th November at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The workshop was facilitated by two experts in the field: Dr. Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya from Barak Valley Engineering College, Assam, India, and Dr. Samiru Gayan from the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, University of Moratuwa.
The session provided valuable insights into the use of Artificial Intelligence in various aspects of future 6G communication systems, including next-generation communication technologies and applications. Participants gained an in-depth understanding of how machine learning can shape the evolution of wireless networks.
