We are immensely proud to announce and celebrate the outstanding achievements of one of our brilliant graduates, Hansi Karunarathna, at the 49th Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Hansi, a dedicated and talented student, has been honored with two prestigious medals in recognition of her exceptional academic performance and contributions to the field of computer engineering.
Hansi was awarded the “Most Venerable Balangoda Ananda Maitreya Thero Gold Medal for the Most Outstanding Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering,” a testament to her overall excellence in the field. This esteemed award acknowledges her dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to her studies. Additionally, Hansi was also presented with the “Gold Medal for the Best Graduate in the Department of Computer Engineering,” recognizing her as the top-performing student in her specialization.
Hansi Karunarathna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with First Class Honours, specializing in Computer Engineering. Her remarkable academic journey and accomplishments have not only brought honor to herself but have also illuminated our department with her brilliance.
