Undergraduate programme

The Department of Interdisciplinary Studies recognizes the global trend towards interdisciplinary approaches and strives to cultivate well-rounded professionals who can navigate the diverse challenges of today’s world. Focused on preparing undergraduate students for the expectations of professional engineers, the department provides a comprehensive curriculum. This includes core engineering modules such as engineering mathematics, modeling & simulation, and measurements, complemented by supplementary courses in language, communication, management, law, and humanities. Students also gain proficiency in mathematical and statistical software crucial for practical problem-solving in engineering.

Interdisciplinary studies in the undergraduate program go beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries, encouraging innovative and stimulating exploration of issues. The department promotes interdisciplinary collaborations, where different disciplines collaborate to address research questions and enhance understanding of complex problems.
